General Terms and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all services, games, and features of the dkgame platform. This document forms a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and dkgame.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus (total ৳2,000); depositing ৳32,000 gives a maximum bonus of ৳15,000 (total ৳47,000).

5.2 Bonus Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x). This means you can withdraw winnings from the bonus after placing bets totalling 15 times the bonus amount.

Some general rules for completing the wagering requirement:

• The time limit for completing the wagering requirement is generally within 30 days of the bonus being issued
• Only bets placed from the bonus balance will be counted
• Some games may have restrictions on using the bonus

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If unusual betting patterns are detected for the purpose of meeting bonus requirements (such as placing opposite bets or arbitrage betting), the bonus will be cancelled and any associated winnings may also be voided.

5.4 VIP and Cashback Program

dkgame offers three VIP tiers: Bronze (up to 0.4% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.8% weekly cashback), and Gold (up to 1.2% weekly cashback). Tiers are upgraded based on the user's overall activity. Details of the specific benefits for each VIP tier will be provided separately.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All bets and games on dkgame are conducted according to set rules. Once a bet has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. If a bet is voided due to a technical issue, the relevant funds will be returned.

6.2 Sports Betting

For sports betting, official results are considered final. If a match is abandoned or cancelled, the bet will be voided and funds returned. dkgame will not be held liable for any bet cancelled due to odds changes during live betting.

6.3 Casino Games

All casino games are operated by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and fair play is ensured. Game providers' own rules will apply and will be enforced in a manner consistent with dkgame's rules.

In the event of a disconnection or technical issue during a live casino game, the result will be determined according to the game record.

dkgame reserves the right to terminate an account without notice if the terms and conditions are violated or evidence of fraud is found. Balances earned through legitimate means may be withdrawn, however withdrawals may be suspended for suspected transactions until an investigation is completed.
